I started my journey of healing, self-exploration and development in India 2003 where I did my first yogic training course, four months, in the Bihar School of Yoga - the worlds first yoga university. Yoga has since then been a big part of life and I have taken part in many trainings and seminars after that, amongst others another four month yoga certification course in India in 2008, and more recently, in 2014, I completed a one year yoga teacher training. In 2015 I started studying trauma and trauma therapy as another tool of self-understanding and healing, closely related to my own journey. I have completed two of three years of the body-based professional trauma-resolution therapy training Somatic Experiencing (Dr. Peter A. Levine) in the Institute of Somatic Psychotherapy in Warsaw, and I am currently completing my first of two years professional trauma psychotherapy training, NARM (Neuro Affective Relational Model by Dr. Laurence Heller), by the same institute. I focus on work with trauma; shock-trauma, developmental emotional and relational trauma, working in individual sittings or teaching personal yoga practice as a tool for healing both emotional wounds and physical ailments. I also teach yoga and meditation classes and sing Kirtans/mantras.
